Theme: RAMA

Mantra Chanting is most powerful when done in a group. Each term we have a theme and build a practice (Sadhana) of Mantras, Bhajans, Nada Yoga (yoga of sound) and Kirtan to have a collective experience of this powerful traditional practice. The practice also includes a Yoga Nidra Meditation.
No prior experience is required!
I have been practising yoga for over 20 years with several yoga teachers. Lalita is an inspiring teacher, her enthusiasm and dedication to the discipline is plain to see. The class includes a good mix of asanas, meditation and relaxation. She infuses a sense of happiness which spreads to the participants and reflects her yoga name – one who laughs and plays.

My name is Lalita, I have practiced and taught for 11 years. I support students to FOLLOW THE NEEDS OF THEIR BODY & MIND.
In every class we have multiple practice options and move slowly between postures. You will have time to make it feel good for you. There is never force or expectations of any kind.
